We’ll focus
on:
- introducing you to the basic postures while riding
- improving your cardiovascular endurance
- strengthening your lower body
- tapping into your fat stores and use it for energy
- burn calories (an full 60 min. class can burn
over 900 calories!)
- and have fun doing it!
