Personal Training

Lets start with a question. Would you attempt to drive a car, or maybe fly a plane without knowing what the heck you’re doing? How about assembling a lawn mower without the instruction sheet? Unless you’re a daredevil, the answer should be “no”.

We feel the same way about Personal Training. Maybe the closest that you’ve come to a health club before is just driving by one, or maybe you used to lift weights 20 years ago? Lets not kid ourselves. You need some direction and eduation on what to do and how to do it. Let me walk you through the steps:

First Up: A Fitness Assessment

The equivalence to checking under the hood and kicking the tires. We’re going to learn so much about you over the 90 minutes that the assessment takes, it might even be a bit of an eye opener for you. We’ll have you complete a simple questionnaire all about you and take it from there… body measurements will be taken, a series of diagnostics will be run and the bar will be set. This will be what you compare to as your inches melt off (or increase in the right areas?) and numbers start changing as you start down the path of health and wellness.

Next Up: Your Personalized Fitness Program

This is exactly as it sounds. A program that’s made for you and only you. Are you here to tone… lose weight… add muscle? We take into account the results from your assessment and put it to work on the gym floor. Come prepared to work out: you’ll get direction from a personal trainer and then perform to exercises under their watchful eye. Everything is detailed on your Program Card so when you come in to train on your own, all you have to do is simply follow along (that being said if you’re stumped, or can’t quite remember how to do an exercise all you have to do is ask. Someone is always on staff to watch over the gym floor and help our members out).

One on One Personal Training

Now we’re gettin’ down to business. Learn new exercises, have your form corrected, and be pushed like you never would if you were on your own. Let your trainers years of experience make a difference in your overall physique and confidence on the gym floor.
