Spinning Classes
The ride of your life starts here.
Oh yeah baby, we are the FIRST and only Certified Spin Facility in Prince Edward County (and damn proud of it). Where else can you burn up to 900 calories per class, groove out to some super cool tunes and ride without worrying about rain, potholes, road-hog drivers or mosquito’s gnawing on you?
Our certified instructors will set you up if your a beginner and teach you the basics, or put you through the paces if your an advanced rider. Whatever your level, we’ve got you covered: Endurance, Strength, Interval and Race Day rides. You’re going to have so much fun you won’t even know you’re working out!

Fitness Kickboxing Classes
This energizing cardio workout is cool for all levels (and lets be honest, who doesn’t want to hit something some days?). Release your stressful day while learning various punching and kicking combinations. Gain confidence while learning the basics of kickboxing with our trained Martial Arts Instructor. She’ll have you burning hundreds of calories and smiling
(and possibly laughing) every kick of the way. An exhilarating workout!
Spin/Strength Classes
This is the perfect class for people who don’t want to either a) commit to a full Spin class, or b) can’t make it into the health club to lift some weights on a regular basis. Why? Well, let me tell you. We break it up into segments. You’ll spin for the first 15 minutes, then hop off your bike and grab a mat to do a 30 minute solid core workout and then get back on the bike for the last 15 minutes. Kinesthetically selected exercises change from week to week by our experienced professionals. A perfect class for all levels.
Circuit Classes
Variation galore. This class combines intervals of cardio and strength exercises such as free weights, bands, balls and skipping ropes. Core strengthening and flexibility work unite for a complete workout, all in 60 minutes. We’ll take you on a different exercise journey each week!
Bootcamp Classes
This action packed class is all about challenging yourself! During the hour class, experience a total body workout of non-stop movement and learn what your body is capable of. Multiple props and exercise tools and equipment will help take your training to a whole new level. All levels welcome.
