Maple Pork Tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins
½ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Dijon
2 tsp orange zest
1-1/2 tsp curry
1-1/2 tsp coriander
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Mix marinade and allow pork to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.
Roast with all marinade at 350˚ for 45 min.
Drizzle sauce over pork, and serve.
