Don’t forget your supplements!

We all do it. We have the best intentions to take our vitamins and supplements daily but often they get left behind in our busy rush in the mornings, or tucked away in a cabinet. Out of sight, out of mind… right?

We’ve finally found a solution that works for us – it keeps us on track and allows us to remember to take our various supplements religiously! Purchase a pill organizer from your local pharmacy (or online at www.forgettingthepill.com) and you can organize an entire week in advance. Rather than looking at all the bottles on our counter, we now have a neat little package of health and wellness, ready to go with our breakfast and dinner.

    What evenings do you offer the kickboxing classes? How much is the walk in fee?

      Hello Karen,

      Our fitness kickboxing classes run every Thursday evening, beginning at 5:00 pm. You’ll find our current Spring 2011 Class Schedule under our Health Club drop down menu for future reference. Drop in classes are always welcome but I suggest a call into the club ahead of time to ensure there is space. Drop in rates are $15/class.
